Our organizational development includes 27 years of progressive experience in unionized, multi unionized and non-unionized environments in both the private and public sectors. Specifically in the last 10 years, this work has afforded us an extensive background in Long Term Care corporate development across multiple Government Ministries playing a key a role initiating local level change.
We have directed larger working teams, spearheading initiatives like: Model Home (from the Emergency Action Fund) and Purposeful Interactions for special care homes.
Wayne Nogier's experience in Senior Leadership in Health initiated in 2003 as the Regional Director of Emergency and Northern Based Community Services where he provided oversight and direction to two Northern Based Primary Care clinics, two Board-Owned EMS services and the oversight of nine contracted NGO’s.
During this period he also held responsibility for emergency planning and mitigation for the North-East part of Saskatchewan.
In 2006, as the Provincial Chair to the EMS working group, Wayne made the initial pitch for the study and use of the Nova Scotia based Collaborative Emergency Centre, Paramedic/Nurse based model, which has been adopted today as a desired outcome for communities at risk for physician services.
